Our meticulous planning and sound understanding of various countries and their medical needs have enabled us to enjoy the trust and support of the medical fraternity in areas of Injectables (Liquids/Powders-Non Beta Lactum), Eye/Ear /Nasal Drops, Sterile and Non-sterile Ointments, large Volume Parenterals and Topical Ointments, Creams and Gels.

Location & Geography
- Location: Nashik city (M.I.D.C. Satpur) – Maharashtra state, India (3200 feet above mean sea level)
- 174 km from Mumbai
- Can be reached by rail, road (national highway # 3) or air
- Climate: Cool and dry – therefore very much suitable for pharmaceutical industries
- Temperature range: 4º C to 40º C (Only for few days during May and October). Average temperature is 28ºC
- Rainfall: 2600 mm per annum.
- 3 Industrial Areas: Satpur, Ambad, Sinner
- Satpur area is 635 Hectares, which is the biggest and oldest of the three, with a population of 1.5 million
- Total area of the plot: over 10,000 square meters
Brief History
- Earlier there was an intra venous infusion glass bottle plant of 5000 square feet area, managed by 4 partners
- Vital Healthcare took possession of this sick unit and got established in 1992
- Expanded from 5000 square feet to 45,000 square feet and started operation in 1997
- Upgraded and expanded the facility of 45,000 square feet to 100,000 square feet in 2008-2009
